Concerning squirting plants.

It is my first grow and I am currently growing 2 lowryder #2's in an aerogarden under a 250 watt hps. it is week 5 and my plants are mildly flowering. Should i use just ph adjusted water to spray on my plants or should i be spraying them with nutrient solution? or not spray them with anything? Any advice would help me out a lot!

spraying during flower is a big no no because it really increases your chance of mold and budrot..
