lighting question

ok i clarified a little and i have 4 different kinds of cheap lighting but i dont know wich 1 is the best way so help me with this...

1. normal flurecsent

2. ultra-violet bulb

4. growing bulbs... i dont know whats this but this is how it called... sorry have no picture but its pretty similar to a normal bulb...

so wich bulb should i get??? and what kind or power whould it be best?

no man im just asking wich way is the best cuz i dont knoww shit about it and every place tells me something different so i dont know wich bulb to buy

just get a 400hps, cos if you dont you will wish you had, later down the line, you mite save money getting a cheap lite, but you only lose in the end. small shitty buds. flo are ok for vegg, really, i wouldnt use for 12/12, unless i had loads, so its cheaper to get a hps.

If you have to pick between those options go with the CFL's. There are alot of people on here who are serious growers and alot of people that like to pretend they know what they're doing by copying the serious people who will all try to tell you that CFL's suck. They're right and wrong. They're not going to come close to cutting it for anyone who's seriously into growing, but for somebody looking for a hobby with a happy ending they're perfect! Besides, by the time you're ready to flower you might be able to scrape together a hundred bucks for a used 250w HPS.

hps vs clf s . id go hps. but what do i know, ive only tryed both. and ive always gotten better results with hps every time.

you can get a hps for £80 on ebay or a hydro shop, build a closet and your off. all you need then is the seeds food soil perlite, vacumate, pebbles, ph up, ph, down, ph tester. ect... it all cost at the end of the day, when you start up, but once it pays you back, its worth it.

get about 2 or 3 23+watt cfl for vegging
have about 5 to 8 for flowering
keep the cfl`s about 1.5 to 2 inches away and use a small cooling fan
