I'm buying three 600w HPS systems later this month. I was wondering if anyone thinks I'll be able to put 40 plants under two 600w HPS in 2 areas of 5x5 with 20 plants ea covered in either black/white poly or mylar with seperate fans and intake outake.

No a 5x5 is simply too large for a 600 watt. Even with very good reflection you wont be able to pull enough lumens around the edges. Do a 4x4 16 clones will fit in this 1 square foot per plant.

Some people will prolly say use cfls for the edges but fuck that. If you want 5x5 use a 1000 watt im sure if you have proper vent you'll be far better off.
