Been 4 months---male or female???

bongsmilie Hi,

I planted my plant on July 30th. It had lack of light for about 3 months of that. it now has correct lighting. Any ways why is it taking so long for me to see hairs? or the pollen looking things. Right now i dont see anything just leaves growing. i see hairs below the stems but not sure if it the little hairs that normally grow around the stem. Its cleary not white n curly/stringy.

please tell me whats going on?? & how long until i will be able to tell????

LOOKS like it's trying to streatch through the roof to get some light.
Are you on 12/12 yet cause it doesn't really look like it at all.
What are you feeding?
You really need more light of you want any kind of weight from that plant

also those "hairs" your seeing are probly green and theres probly 2 of them at every node... if so those arn't preflowers there just little green things that grow on 98% of all marijuana plants

when your plant does start to flower though it will grow white hairs ussualy starting right at the top and then everywhere there is like a small branch off the main stem little hairs will begin to grow.

no i thought you put it on 12/12 once u no the sex? its on 18-6 along with my other little ones tht are about 4 inces

ok. so put it on 12/12 to simulate the shorter days in the fall and within a couple of weeks you will have either hairs or balls growing. be carefull though... a female preflower will look similar to a male flower untill the hairs pop out.

ok this help....my other ones are right next to it. if i give them 12/12 along with that one is that bad. i dont have two seperate lights n not alot of room. so im tryin to make this work......any suggestions. or will the ones about 4 inches be ok with 12/12?

good idea. and dont worry about your little guys. with enough light you could get close to an ounce off each one of them if you start flowering today..... but i wouldn't expect much more then that off the big one because its kinda streched..... if you can bend the top over so the top say 3/4 of the plant are horizontal you will get alot more growth in the branchs.

If your small ones are 4in long I would not
put them on 12/12 if you want any kind of a harvest, not to mention
you don't have enough light for one plant let alone more.
its really best to have at least two rooms if your plants are not all in the same stage.
This way you can have plants on 18/6 & 12/12.
You could keep the small plants on 18/6 but set a timer or
something to remind yourself to stick the one(s) flowering in a dark closet.
(a 100% completely dark closet)

Get more lights before you do anything else, good luck

:eyesmoke:I started my grow Nov.3rd and have repoted to it's last home.When redone I set them 4or5 inches deep up to first stem .They look and seem to be ,from 1 to 10 they are 7. little short after repot,but all seems well.I need to sex for space. So here I go! But no light at night my space gets cold. If I start veg. in bottom haft it might keep it in right temp. range,but only useing FLO,s for light so I hope it works. better start back up plan now!

do what suphoez420 says...

when the 12 hours of light pass, just pick that plant up, and put it in a closet till the next day.....

you can 12/12 from seed if you want.... it's up to you when you want to stimulate sexual maturity in the plants....

you can try LSTing the shit out of those scrawnee branches too....
