I can't track my order!

I ordered seeds for the first time, ever, from attitude on monday, I got an email saying they have been dispatched on wednesday. since then every time i put in my tracking number it says it has no parcil with this tracking number. Whats the deal?!

Maybe tracking number is incorrect. I sent out some packages out this morning from speedyseedz website, royalmail website has already updated saying it is working through its network for delivery.

Email attitude and ask them if the tracking number is correct.

To be honest though, their tracking kind of sucks anyway. Usually I get my seeds while the tracking claims they are still in NY.

Yep i would agree, i would hate to wait for seeds, i hate waiting for anything.

I breed my own Fem seeds, and i get anxious waiting for them to mature even.

Well, I checked my email and no response from the 'tude... Someone told me they take about 7-8 days to get to you and I ordered them 5 days ago so hopefully they will be here early next week. Its my first time to ordered seeds and I'm honestly a little paranoid about it. I keep telling myself it'll get overlooked with all the holiday mail comin through but I still catch myself from time to time thinkin the worst. But I guess thats what comes with ordering seeds! If anyone out their wants to share some positive re-enforcement, it would be much appreciated! and +rep too! Thanks and Happy Growing!

Im in the same boat man, no worries though. Gotta figure they got an assload of orders because of the Xmas freebies.

Ordered mine a week ago, said Royal mail sent it out to USPS 2 days ago, USPS has no information yet. Same night i ordered an item off Ebay, yesterday it said it was in Texas (im in New England) it showed up at my door 2 hours after it supposedly was being processed in Texas. Busy time for all w/ the holiday man. Give it another week at latest, then if i dont have my order I'll start to worry.

Relax and don't worry yourself. I've ordered three times from them, and got mine all three times, in eight days. Last two times I got my seeds and the tracking still claimed they were in NY until the day after! Being Christmas time, lots of mail and packages going through, it may take a bit longer.

Yea, I've never heard of anyone having problems. Sometimes it takes close to two weeks. Depends on the demand. Just relax and it will appear.

5. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
U.K. Mainland deliveries usually take between 1-3 working days and are sent ‘recorded, signed for’, which makes them easy to track, and should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will go back to your closest main post office for 10 days, waiting for you to collect. If you do not collect your parcel within 10 days, it will be returned to us and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship. We will not resend until we have contacted you.
99% of International orders usually deliver within 7 – 10 working days, but they can take up to 21 working days, but this is quite rare. Also, International orders are sent Track and Trace’ and do not require a signature on delivery, so will normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post room and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up.

So it can take up to 3 weeks to get your seeds, I'm sure this time of year with all the extra packages being mailed and being sent through customs (being xmas and what not) Theres a great chance for a delay. Contacting them dont really do much since they are not with the package they really cant tell ya whats going on with it. If you dont get your package within 14-15 days I'd prob try calling during their suggested hours, I know it sucks ya gotta wait, be patient. You should have them by wed-thur of next week at the latest IMO
