Drip System Return Channel?

I'm planning a very large drip system using 2 gal plastic pots and would like to recover my solution.

What inexpensive material can I use to make some 20' channels with? I was thinking of just making some with wood and plastic sheeting but there has got to be something better.

Any suggestions?

I was thinking of using that plastic corrugated roofing that comes in 2x4 and larger sheets as a base to put the pots on, that you could angle a bit to return to a reservoir.

this stuff:

You'll get algae on it though so you'll have to work to keep it clean or the algae will soak up the nutes, and it can crack if you put weight on it without using those corrugated wood pieces to support it every couple feet.

If you walk around and look at the plastic 4x8 panels they have, and everything else, you may find something you like better.

I used the plastic gutters, they work pretty well and come in 10 ft sections, and I just sat them on bricks. And made a wall of silicone at one end with a hole for drainage
