An Old DARE Movie from gradeschool.

Does anyone remember a movie they watched in DARE class?
It had the obligatory racially diverse group of kids, two guys (one of which was wearing a bunny suit.) who were trying to convince them to do this drug or that.

I can just remember it, and I'd love to see it again, but I can't find anything on the net and it's driving me nuts! Any help?

That's not ten years past, and I have no recollection at all of what you are talking about...All i really remember is that "DRUGS ARE BAD" ...M'kayyy. :blsmoke:

D.A.R.E was going around when I was in school. Thought the things they said were funny and I guess it didn't work.

lol. I can't even remember the things they said in DARE. I never really listened, i just sat through cause i had to. It made no impact on me, one way or the other.

i feel kinda sorry for you youngsters that had to put up with that kind of crap. it seems the further along we go, the more education is about indoctrination. maybe it was always that way, but they're just getting more blatant about it.

yeah they are. there is so much propaganda in this country (and i mean the U.S. by that) that it's rediculous. Drugs are bad, Arabs are terrorists, America kicks ass. that's just a few.


~note. i know that not all arabs are terrorists, drugs aren't bad, america isn't the shit. these are just commonly held generalizations across the nation. check out airport security if you don't think the nation believes Middle Easterners a threat. most people who love america so much have never been out of the country. and many of those who demonize drugs have never tried them.

Am I the only one who the DARE program worked on? I mean it scared me from all drugs,... weed, coke, herion, Tylenol, everything!

Yeah that shit worked on me for like 3 1/2 years. All my friends were stoners at like age 13 but I was always to scared to try it. It wasn't till I was 16 that I finally tried it. And at that moment I realized DARE was full of shit.
