oh such a pretty view haha. buds comin together real nice raider hope it tastes as good as it looks 8) idk about that larvae kinda weird but hope it doesnt cause an issue. how high are ur colas above the screen btw? (tryin to follow ur progress in comparrison to mine for future reference)

Thanks for the props fellas! The screen is 14" above the medium and they are about 20"-24" above the screen I think, but I will measure tonight for ya.

I picked up another 4light t-5 for the veg box and a new "phresh carbon filter" for the flower room. The only issue now is that my exhaust is outside the room a and set-up to have the filter on the outside of the fan and this filter apears to be designed to have air pulled through it and isn't for air to blow through it. :-| So this means I am going to have to find a place inside the room for the filter on the front end of the lights which means I will probably have to seal my lights so air doesn't get sucked through the cracks around the glass. I am going to wait till the lights come to figure out exactly how I am going to set it up.

Edit-- I hooked up the filter to the outside of the fan to see how it worked and poof no smell..so I am going to run it like this for a bit and see how it works out. Seems to be working though.

The H&G is working great for me man, but I don't have any other grows under my belt to compare it to. If this grow finishes like it is going now though, I will not be changing anything.:bigjoint: I have heard a lot of buzz about the shooting power too, I am very anxious to hit the girls with it.

Day 34 Flower-

I am still fighting these fuckin bugs...the biolink doesn't seem to slow them down a bit so I am adding nematodes in the morning right before the lights come on. Theg growth seems to have slowed considerably, I am hoping there is no connection with the bugs. They still look healthy and happy, just not much growth this last week.
Here are a few pics

Here are the babies. The ones on the left are the four bag seed girls. I haven't determined sex yet.

LOL.. I know right. Underneath the pots I tried to cove the pond liner so it drains in the middle through the drain. The plants are just resting on the wire so that they can drain. I was just trying to figure something better out without buying a tray. The problem is I used 4' fence stakes to support the wire and it is uneven so the I can't move the pots around the way I want. So I am thinking about just taking the wire mesh out all together and just putting the pots on the pond liner..just thinking, because the liner is coved to drain the pots may lean..so anyway short answer is I am still working on that. If you have any ideas, do share.

As for the topping thing, I decided to pinch and lst. I have bent already lst them once, but had to do a few again, because they straightened up overnight. I tied a couple too. As for the bag seed plants that I haven't sexed yet, I haven't done anything yet, but will pinch, lst them too. You can see them on the left, there are 4 of them. I can't seem to determine sex so I guess I am gonna have to cut cones off and flower the clones to determine.

Is there a way to tell during veg? here is a couple pics

Day 35 Flower - I fed the nematodes this morning right before the lights went off. I will give them another dose when I give the babies some next week.

I do have a question for anyone that may know the answer. The bud hairs are turning brown already and I am 4 weeks out. Do they look like they have another 4 weeks or do I need to move up my harvest date?

If you look close you can see that the large fans are even frosty!!:weed:

there could be a variety of reasons for it, most likely being the ambient air temp/rh around it, or how close the lights are, or it may just be growing like that..... my pheno is all red hairs by week 7 in flower........ they turn rather quickly yes..... still looks like you got a good amount of time to go ont them....

Good to know because I have to use the shooting powder 3 weeks out and the top booster starts last two weeks. I just wanted to make sure it was normal for them to be turning brown so soon. Thanks Dragon for the quick answer.. you are the man and I appreciate all you imput and help with this one..at the end of this grow your name will be in the credits.:-P

On a side note. Does anyone else get so high that the avatars seem like they are moving? LOL I do:eyesmoke:

haha ya i was trippin bout ur wire mesh setup its a good theory for drainage and i dont really have any other sugestions yet to make it work better. ive been considering using pondliner for my whole floor and still use saucers anyways for my pots. the liner is more for a backup or if im too faded and spill which i do all the time. we have used the panda film on the floor over carpet last time didnt work too well the staples on the wall came out when u walked on it and its not that thick. so thats only experiance advice i can give. im still running thru grow room designs and materials being used. thats why im followin a few grows closely like u and bterz. very similar to wat i want to do and tryin to incoprorate everyones mistakes and acheivements to benefit me. but if i come up with an idea ill let ya know. anyways great update trichomes lookin lovely and my avatar is always moving (faded or not) haha she wont leave me alone 8)

LMAO.. ya Bro I was so high..I couldn't sleep so I took an ambien and yeah everything was moving LOL Your avitar was one of the more fun ones to watch move:hump: LOL
Anyway, yeah I replaced that wire shit with some wire shelving I picked up from home depot today. I will post a pic of it later. It is much better, the wire mesh was a little gheto. I did leave the fence post in there for extra support. My cam is dead so it's charging right now.

The pond liner is what I used on the bottom of my flower room too and like you I spill sometimes too. It works great. I used some industrial strength tape to adhere it to the wall in my flower room to seal it. I has held up very good and is air tight in there.
just terrific man, great work.
Thanks Bro. I really appreciate it. I am so stoked for you too man. Your grow is comming along amazing..you look like a pro already.

I will post an update a little later. My wife gets sad if I don't spend time with her in the evening lol, but she goes to bed early and I stay up late, so that's why my updates are usually so late at night. ;-)

Day 36 flower-
I fed with a ppm of 950 today.
-10.5 ml per gal of A/B
- 3.8 ml per gal of budxl
- 5.5 ml per gal of top booster
- .4 ml per gal of drip clean

The buds seem to be filling out this last week and the tops are starting to even out. The side shoots are growing at higher rate than the tops. I am learning on this grow how the plants react to the bending. I am being much more aggressive with the next round babies and will keep them under the screen until they are more even. A few girls have a definate dominate cola and some have 3 to 4 that are about the same size. The lower middle buds seem to be developing as well.

As for the bugs, this is the surprising part, I couldn't find one. I moved the top of the coco around and focused on the sites I had seen them before and nothing. I usually see a gnat or two when I water. I didn't see anything flying either. I am not sure if it was the biolink or the nematodes, but it looks like it is working. I understand it takes a while for the nomatodes to work so it could be the biolink. I also gave them magic green foliar spray three days ago, which could have helped with the flying insects( which have been very minimal). I am very relieved that I may be winning the war on bugs.

Oh, I also changed out the wire mesh I was using in the veg box with some wire shelving which is a much better idea.

Here are some pics

This is a cola in the middle of the canopy with a couple small buds under the canopy

This shows the trichome development

Here's the babies and the shelving

Man the PK is coming along quite well, very frosty indeed.

How is the bud density, are they a bit more fluffy or are they like little rock (OG).

Picture perfect flower and veg room.
