The Dreaded Overdose!

For all of us who experiment and live life on the edge, we at some time must fall in between the willows of a lost pulse, sifting off into uncharted consciousness by this drug we thought we knew so well. This is the hallucinatory section where all things are imaginable and one of them could very well be.....

DEATH
I and RIU WANTS to know what drug may have lead to this supposed overdose... where you were sweating, biting bullets on whether or not to dial 911 OR stay their in bitter comatose and ride out the "death train!"

What's the closes you've come to death on any substance... it doesn't matter what it was, just throw it out there!

Give us the cries and panics as you encountered them... was it surreal, that ultimate dopamine rush?

Spill your guts ;)

Oh I have a few of almost near fatal overdoses!

ONE occurred when I was 18 and I went to this little bar type atmosphere gig in Orange County where they played drum n' bass and had a few pool tables to pass time. A couple of friends of mine decided to add a little fun to the night, so we all went down to rite aid and bought a bottle of caffeine pills. My two friends took 3 each where as I took 12... I slowly shoved all 12 down in me in less then 15 minutes... I totally forget I even took the pills... the event was over and we headed back to L.A., during the trip home I suddenly felt my legs get numb and also my hands, basically all of my extremities, then I started to shake repulsively and my heart was nearly pounding in my head... I said to my friends something is wrong! They looked back at me and said, "dude what's up, what's wrong"... my reply, "I dont know if feels like my heart is going to explode and my legs and arms feel numb and I can't stop shaking"... they're like how many pills did you take... i said with a screeching voice "12!!!!!!!!!" THEIR jaws dropped in an instant and said dude you wanna go to the hospital. I kept on saying in my head, "its all alright you're not going to die, this will all pass!" I told them no its okay, I just need liquids... my heart was racing and my mind even more! I got out of car and walked like a madman back and fourth... contemplating all the possibilties and why in the fucking hell did I take so much caffeine in the first place, was I thinking that I was invincible or was it stupidity because I have never taken caffeine pills. I felt horrible and just wanted to puke, but couldn't. It nearly took 3 or so hrs until I felt back in place and stable.... this was a very bizarre night and I kissed my pillow before falling asleep. This is my first near fatal overdose... and the other will be following soon... the other one sent me to the ER!

Never ever take Caffeine pills. They suck.

Oh and trust me you think I like caffeine or was an abuser of it your dead wrong brevity, NO PUN INTENDED :lol:

I barely starting to use or abuse drugs when I barely hit the age of 18, therefore I knew jack shit about ecstasy, cocaine, speed etc type drugs. This was just a quick fix we could find in a drugstore... I was a late bloomer when it came to drug use, and I am proud of it!

No, the inactive ingredients in Caffeine tablets are very dangerous when you take but 4 or 5

Now I totally understand what that means now, but years before I was ignorant about the drug world.. but things have vastly changed! Caffeine in pills has the processed rubbish, and yes could be dangerous in lower doses then usual when in comparison to pure caffeine anhydrous!

Well if I am correct in my assumption that Anyhrous means without water, yep.

[From Greek anudros : an-, without; see a-1 + hudōr, water; see wed-1 in Indo-European roots.]

Also if I'm correct that in modern times this is achieved by means of Ionic Crystals which repel water than it remains without water if it contacts air. Doesn't really matter because it just means a dry powder in general terms..

Cool. Learn something new every day. I'm going back tomorrow and sending off money for some 4-AcO-DMT. I'm quite excited. Just gotta figure out how to send a fucking envelope of cash out of the states.
