Not entirely sure, but it makes sense because hydroponics require lower ph. 5.8 - 6 should be good. By the way, that's not really you in the picture is it? Damn that girl is hot.

I fuckin wish that was me. That girl is a pornstar named Dixie Daytona.

As far as ph and watering with promix bx, ive been doing some reading since i posted and it seems like 6.0-6.4 is ideal and that since its soo hard to overwater using it you should pretty much flush every other watering or atleast get significant runoff each watering.

hey man when you feed in soil your looking for 10% run off. hydro typically is higher than soil. ph between 5.8 -6.5 is ideal (hydro) starting at the low end during veg and graduate upwards to flowering as the plants flower and are starved for nitrogen it makes sense to increase p.h to optimum level for P and K absorption.

Peat moss retains alot of water, so it is easy to over-water with it. Im using Promix Bx currently, and I have definitely over-watered more than a few times.

Sweet thanks.

What are you keeping your ph at?

How often are you watering? How much run-off do you get? How often do you flush?

Tell me about it...at least you get to drive there...try having it shipped...shipping costs more than the dirt. It's an absurd notion, paying money to have dirt sent to you.

I originally always ph'd my water/feed to 6.5, now Ive been doing 6.3. The 6.5 plants all are growing fine, so It probably doesn't make much difference.

I water every 4-5 days in a one gallon pot under a 400w MH.

I have yet to flush it. Ill do a flush before I go into flowering. Hopefully within 7-10 days Ill have my first plant or two going into flowering.
