need to get temps down

I was needing to know if a 6in inline ductfan will work for bringing my temps down in my box, it is a 2ft deep, 4ft wide, and 6ft tall stealth grow box, I have a exhaust fan, bought at lowes, and have a fan inside to box to move the air around, but temps get to about 95, with my 400w lighting system, figured I could put the inline fan in the bottom to bring some air in to cool it down, Thanks for any help.

to cool that 400 watter down your going to need an a/c unit. or alot of noisy fans. or a cool tube.

Yes, a 6 inch fan will work to cool your area. If money is a concern than purchase your fan as well as a "Variable Speed Control". The controller will allow you to run your fan at lower cfm's which will extend the life of your Fan. The air will need to be vneted away from the room, preferably out a window. And you might want to consider a filter in order to keep any smell in check. Just make sure you have an equal sized intake vent on the opposite side of your grow room. The overall result is you will pull the hot stale (filtered) air out of your garden and outside, while bringing in fresh air from the outside room. Run your fan while lights are on to keep things cool! The whole setup should cost around $250 but is WELL worth the $$$, and will pay for itself in time and save you lots of headaches in the meantime.
