black stuff on leaves

hey guys i am still fairly new ot growing but i transplanted a few clones and sprayed them down with neem oil this was yesterday now the leaves have some black on them and they look burned i thought if u mixed neem oil and a little dish soap with warm water this is good to spray them down with

here are pics sorry my cam sucks it looks almost like they got burned but they are very far from the light its a 1000 mh just transplanted in ocean forest and perlite and watered with a drop of super thrive and water. sprayed the roots and the plants with a little neem oil and dish soap and this is what i see and they were great looking when i put them in any help please and will they come back ????

It looks like the leaves are suffocating either from the oil or from nut burn. I'd wash the neem oil off with a mild soap and do a quick flush with distilled water at room temp. I've used Superthrive before and it killed a few of my plants so I won't touch the stuff anymore. If the soil is already really wet, then flush with carbonated water. The plant will make it through, but the leaves might die off.
