12/12 from seed 5 weeks into flowering schwag bagseed

At the bold:[/B] Dude I felt inspired right there. Haha. It was like a motivational speech. I just read through this whole thread and it's been a fun ride. Nice job on growing. A buddy of mine has been growing for years but I've never done it indoors myself. Tried to grow outdoors a few years ago but the frost killed them before I could harvest anything worthwhile. Gonna start up here again pretty soon and I've gotten a TON of idea/advice from your thread. Now I just gotta get the g/f cool with it...

lmao.. thanks man. lol. im glad my words were somewhat inspirational... and not just me getting high and rambling on and just hoping that what im saying makes sense.. lol but yeaa looking around on here is the best way to get help/advice on how to grow.. this is my 1st time growing too.. and soo far its been about 2 1/2 weeks.. and mines coming along ok.. for now.. i was thinking about doing like what he did and do the 12/12 from seed.. but im gonna do like 5 or 10.. kinda like a mini SOG.. lol. but yeaaa good luck tryna convince ur g/f.. my girlfriend smokes... sooo im in luck.. lol. shes happy that im growin it.. soo that way she doesnt have to pay for it.. or I dont have to pay for it... but good luck.. and if you do decide to grow.. make sure you make yourself a grow journal!!! cuz id love to see the progress of another noob as well. and thanks again.. for sayin my words were insperational.. lol. makes me feel good. =)

dude, i love how this thread has become like a refference for micro growing and this thread has helped so many people out...
yeah cutting off fan leaves.. new shoots i felt would get in the way.... i will admit, i made ALOT of mistakes with this grow... but my biggest thing is the fact i noticed where i was fucking up and next time around i know how to fix it... wel i have some updates i am about to post... 1 update on the 1.5 gram bud... i did weigh it at my homies last nite, but didnt have a camera to prove it... i'm by no means saying believe me (i know this site likes alot of proof), but that is what it came out to... i also have a update of my sprouts... god i hate the first two weeks... today makes the first day of the third week... yay... all are healthy and shit too... you'll see give me a sec... i will answer any questions or comments after i get the piks up... both updates that is...

not that i planned on selling it because i dont, but i put it into a lil dank bag i had to see how much bag appeal this muh fucca has... the other 4 piks are 1 of each side of the nug.. maybe from rotating it and having it dry laying down on its side gave it a sorta square boxxy shape... i also smoked the very tip of it the other nite with muh girl so she would shut up about not being stoned... one thing i cant stand more than not being stoned is having to have to deal with my chick bitching about not being stoned too... so i made her happy and tested it out with her...

so yeah, do you think it has "bag appeal"?

so i switched out the "street lamp" fuzzy reffered to earlier in this thread and got a new light hood... i also added some air circulation finally... slowly but surely, this will be alright... my last hood had 2 x 15w flouros.. i am guessing more towards the red spectrum... when i added this light set last night (which is 3 x 20w 6500k 18" flouros) i could def tell a difference between the two spectrums... these new lights are REALLY blue... i think doubling my wattage, adding air circulation, and making sure i have the rite spectrum will def help these sprouts out...

all the plants have started their second node, excluding one and it has three... good thing it is a indica... i wanna grow more indica this time around... or at least have a indica dom variety sack...

i so remember why i pulled off the very first set of true leaves all the other times, they usually end up looking like shit after the transplant... all my new growth is looking great though... i have read that is all that matters and i believe whoever i heard it from... anyways... enjoy the piks...

and yeah, i have my container on top of a detergent box... the rack i had it on was too big for the new lights... these lights dropped about 3 inches closer to the plant...so i had to accomadate container height... something i hadnt considered till i encountered the issue.. i will slowly bring the container to the base of the rubbermaid as the plants get taller...

also the mutant may no longer be a mutant.. it seems to have worked itself out in the second node...

i havent ever used the superthrive.. i prolly will the next time around once i flower... i heard it is really good shit foor the roots... its like steroids for roots from what i have heard... i am not sure on the ratio to gallon... i was gonna figure that out once i got some... budweaver may have said something about the ratio way back in the journal, but i'm ot too sure...

also, if you guys notice on the bottom of my nug, the hairs are all reddish orange... the top of the bud airs are white... this is gonna help me to decide when to harvest my future sativa grows...

all you need is a proper flush and your good at the end, it may be cheap but this is a very good brand, i always recommend them, your babies look a lil hungry,

you should line that Rubbermaid with some white material, like 2 years ago my homie had some indoor going and we started his plants in a container like that, and had lights hanging over like your as well, we grew them out then placed them in a closet to finish during flowering

yeah that is the same idealogy i have on this, when i am done vegging, double the rubbermaids and give it some more room... i was gonna wait a couple of days and give it some veg nutes... i have mg that is high in nitrogen... the nutes you suggested look really beneficial, the only thing is i dont order online... call me old skool and paranoid, i just dont wanna have anything sent to my house that i get offline that is involved in growing...when shit loosens up legally down here n the bible belt, then i will more than likely get some... well...
wowisuckatthis... i think those are new leaves forming and not as much preflowers... i could be wrong, but i am not really sure by your piks.. i have heard that indica dom strains tend to flower a lil faster tan sativas... i dont know if that includes getting preflowers earlier or not, but your gonna wanna veg that a lil longer before you get it flowering... i dunno.. actually man, do what you want... live and learn... that is what i did and i would consider myself a better grower now for it... however i did get alot of advice from people and took it into consideration with my grow if it applied to my shit...
oh... as far as the rubbermaid... i am gona paint it white with killz this weekend, then spray paint it white on top of the kilz... i just gotta cut all my holes and figure out how i am going to mount everything... still slacking alil bit due to the fact that i am gonna veg this time around...

I know the feeling. I've got some stuff right now that I've NEVER had before and it was just some bagweed. I just now smoked a bowl and then went to the gym because I needed to be active. I'd smoke on Thanksgiving but my whole family would try talking to me and I wouldn't be able to follow their stories. Haha

So you're going to pull them out, paint the Rubbermaid, and put them back in? Or are you talking about prepping other Rubbermaids? I wouldn't do the former- seems like the fumes could kill them and fumes would linger for a while.

yes i recently trimmed 3 nodes worth of fan leaves off it has pubes lol ill have pics later tonight im hoping atleast 9 grams from that harvest and my lights are all soft white spectrum 300 watt cfl = 68watt....150 watt cfl=42 watt and a 75 watt cfl=13 watt
