Shit. I just noticed my plant is drooping. Please help!!!

I was going to start flowering tomorrow and just looked at my 2 plants. The one looks fine. The other is drooping. It is about 12" high and around. Its a bushy strain of Indica(clones). They are in soil. They are both under 6 fluorescent tubes(40 watts) for 24/7. They are 8 weeks old from cloning.

The leaves are healthy. No spots or discoloring. What I really notice is that the fan leaf stems are very lifeless and limp. Very bendy. The smaller stems are still pretty sturdy. They seemed fine 2 days ago. I am trying to think how to explain this better but don't know how. I am a newbie.

Also. The PH "is" adjusted and I have put nutes in the water. They have only been watered twice in 2 weeks because they didn't seem to losing the water weight fast...so I haven't watered them much.

Basically I just need some tips. I have searched for an answer on hear but all I can find is that they could be under-watered or over-water(which I don't think).

Please help me out guys. Thanks in advance.

Once a week? sounds wayyyy to little to me. You should be watering at least a quart or two every 3 days or so (depends on temp). I'd be willing to bet it's under-watered like you were told before. And I haven't even seen a picture... Try doubling what you are doing right now and see what happens. If it get worse, well that's obviously not the answer, I suspect you'll see improvement.

I bet if it is really dry its underwatering as well. Give water, and they it will perk back up in a matter of minutes......

Ok....Well I just went and watered them. Also gave them a spray on the leaves(which I haven't done yet). I thought they still seemed a little heavy but put my finger in to the bottom and they were both dry.

These have been great girls till today. And there about 8-9 weeks old with no problems(like I said, flowering was planned to start tomorrow). I didn't even add nutes or adjust the PH till about a week ago. So there goes the myth of having to start nutes at 3 weeks.

I'll check on them in a couple hours and post how they are doing.

If you're in soil, grab one of those soil moisture meters and stick it in the soil. Makes it a no-brainer. The other option is stick your finger about a inch into the soil, if it's damp/wet don't water, otherwise it's ready.

Yeah, I didn't have one of those meters. Those girls were dry all the way down, lol. I guess I shouldn't have waited. I shocked them a little after I transplanted from cups(by over-watering, I was told to drench them). So I've have been taking it easy on the water. By the way they are in 6x6x6 pots.
