I'm getting an apartment this coming up summer, and i really want a piece that suits me. I enjoy bongs, and I've looked at good number of sites. I'm not wanting to get my hopes high...but am i looking at all the wrong places, or is going to a headshop my best bet for finding a good piece? Any websites you guys have found really nice pieces at please post them...it would be a great help..I'm going to keep looking until someone posts.

dude, headshop all the way. getting your peice off the internet is kinda cheap...atleast it feels like it to me. going to the headshop your likely to meet some cool people and you can get info on all the peices in the shop, you can hold it feel it touch it seeeeee it, idk.. it just seems cooler to go to a headshop. then again money is a BITCH and i just ordered a 25 dollar glass bong online last week and it woulda been like 60 at a headshop so idunno man. Could just look at websites and go to headshops till you find something that fits you.

headshop and try and meet some local glassblowers and they might make a piece just for you.

I love a vaporizer a little more than my bong.

Also... Atleast for me the bowl size was really important. Alot of pieces have these wimpy ass bowls that barely fit a few leaves. I like to be able to fit my whole finger in there Anyways its always better going to local smoke shop. They have better variety and such. I found an awesome two of a kind bubbler there with perks on it. And I got my bong there which was the best investment ever- a Roor with perk down stem and ash catcher with perks to. OMG does it rip like no other and it doesn't even hurt the throat.

They have truly AMAZING glass, but like i said its gonna cost you, lol its either a car or a bong.
but really you should just buy from out a headshop i guess, cuz you have the guarantee it wont be broke and yu wont have to wait the few days of shipping. The only downsides to the headshops is the price which may be like $5-40 higher then it should be and the selection is usually pretty limited compared to online sites like glassartplus.

I always go with the head shop. That way you can look at the piece you want, hold it, make sure the glass is thick enough, and make sure it's going to be the right length. (I'm a picky shopper.)

Also when you buy from a headie you get cooler custom work. You can ask about having them blow your own custom creation made. Also your supporting your local pot economy. Fuck online. Cept for vapes, roors, and illadelph. Everything else is machine made or just made in bulk and all over the place. If roor and illa are machine made then oh well. Put em up there for quality reasons.

b-a-n-a-n-a-s. i think people dont give a crrap about the economy and just want the good deals. if you can get a awesome bong online for way less than at the shop then ppl wont care about the economy, and most everyone you show it to will have no clue its a mass produced p.o.s. they'll just be like ooo ahh a bong thats soo cool. idunno. maybe not.

Get it a good bong if you want but you should invest in a volcano vaporizer. The buzz is much better and doesnt use near as much bud. I didnt buy into it until i tried them out and now thats all i use to smoke with.

I'll check into vapes sooner or later...but i havent had the chance to smoke out of bongs much, but when i have it was amazing. The smoothness of the hit..the bubblin', the cloud, and then the clear. boooooaaahhhh!!!! love it.
