4x2x7=56 cubic feet. You would change the air out just under 1 1/2 times per minute. add smell stopper (carbon filter) built to match the cfm. You should be at 1 change out per minute.

I'd go bigger.

I've got a 425CFM cooling my 400HPS in a 4x2 tent (not hooked up to a carbon filter), and I truthfully wouldn't go any smaller.

1 time for minute is not adequate ventilation, IMO, especially when using HIDs.

Veg tent gets about 2 or 3F over ambient temp in the garage.

425CFM exhaust pulling through air-cooled hood.

170CFM intake.

My fans (a 6" and 4" inline) were $80 and $60, respectively (if memory serves).
