Over fertilizing, followed by nutritient deficiency? Magnesium, Nitrogen or?

Hello fellow weed lovers! :)

I have a problem with my plants. I have 5 MK Ultra (Indica dominant) + 5 Chocolope (95% sativa) in my homemade grow box. In the beginning everthing was fine, nice grow pattern and a beautiful dark green colour. Then the plants started to show signs of nutritient deficiency, so I decided to feed them. Which was fine in the beginning but then I made the mistake of feeding them twice in a row, and they reacted by getting nute burns, getting yellow, brown & wither. So I watered them excessivly, to get the nutes out. Since then, they've been improving, but they still look very 'light green' compared to the first 2 weeks, when they had dark green leaves..

I think my problem now is that they appear to be deficient of some kind of nutritient. I think it might be magnesium or nitrogen, but I'm not sure.

Here's pictures, with and without flash.

Hope someone can help me out, it's so frustrating to see my beautiful plants in bad shape :S

PS: I filled out this form out from another site:

How long has this problem been going on? - Approx 1 week
What STRAIN are you growing? - Chocolope & MK Ultra
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) - Seed
What is the age of your plants? 4 weeks
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? 4 days
How Tall are the plants? 30 cm
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Vegetative
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) - No specific (newb, but planning on SCROG in future)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 4 Liters
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Danish brand.. using a mixture of a non fertilized soil & fertilized. With around 10 % of perlite.
What Nutrient's are you using? BioBizz, currently using 'GROW' & 'Root Juice'.
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? About 1/3 of what is recommended on the label.
*Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
Was feeding every 2nd watering, but made the mistake of feeding twice in a row, which messed things up :S
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? -
Dunno..
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? Honestly haven't tested
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? Liquid testing method.
How often are you watering? - Every 3rd day (at least)
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? Last feeding was about 10 days ago, and then troubles started
What size bulb are you using? Sunmaster 600w 7200 kelvin
What is the distance to the canopy? 30 cm/12 inches (using cooltube)
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) 39% (can't get it much higher because of the damn vent is too powerful)
What is the canopy temperature? 27 Celsius/80 fahrenheit
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) Using light 24/7 atm. Going to change soon.
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 470 m3/hour
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Passive intake. Out take exhaust is always running..
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Yes both are.
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? Neither
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Hard
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Tap water, using pH down to lower pH to around 6-7
Are you using water from a water softener? No
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? Floramite SC
Are plant's infected with pest's? No

Check your runoff pH just to make sure, nute deficiencies can be directly related to pH out of range.
However, IMO, you have a combination of nute burn and an N deficiency by the leaves. I think you burned them then flushed too much N. Try giving one half your full feeding strength, give it a day, and if its ok, then back to normal - feed, water, etc. N deficiencies are recoverable.

Interesting, a friend of mine actually talked about the possibility of having flushed the soil too much.. I just wanted to be sure the nutes couldn't hurt my babies anymore. But you're probably right! Now i'm just a little afraid of nute burning again, but I can see on some of the newer leaves, they are becomming more light green/yellow in the center, spreading out, so they probably need more N already.

Will check the pH run off after next watering!

Thank you :)
