You have a sweet list here. Sounds like my ideal room.
I have a few things I would like to note:

Portable AC- many have a dehumidifier built in so you may not need that.
Happy Frog- I use Roots 707 for a base, add earth worm castings, perlite, vermiculite, etc. FFOF would work great of course as well. I would get Fox Farm Light warrior for seed starting unless you are using rapid rooters, or rockwool, etc... I have never used happy frog, and sounds like reaver knows about it.......
Flourescent fixtures- flourescent tube fixtures (48") can usually be found used or free(except for the bulbs), take a look around.
Bag pots- drain fast, definitely need something to catch water when it comes out. I got those things you put under house plants from the dollar store (1 dollar for 2-5 of them depending on size)
Nutrients: Didn't see a new nutrient line in there (saw the happy frog, maybe you already have them): when I started my grow I purchased a shit ton of nutrients..... SOme I haven't even opened yet.... Just wanted to have everything from the start.
6" inline fan/ carbon filter- Is this the fan you are going to use to cool the light as well? THose cheap inline fans won't do anything when cooling 2k, but would be excellent cold air intake and exhausts fans. remember cross flow.
Standing oscilating fans: mount them on the ceiling take up less floor space

Sounds sweet garens bro. This is my first grow, with all the right stuff. previously, I never put a whole lot of money/ time/ effort into it, but expected good results, didnt happen...... but now..... tables have turned....... It all makes a difference.... I tried to keep my budget under what I thought I could yield off the first run, even though none of this is getting sold, it will pay off when I don't have to buy a half ounce a week
Are you building your actual grow room or have a room, or tent?

yea, you want over 400cfm rating for 2 K's. I have a 165 on one side and a 265 on the other, and I could still use some more. And yea, mix 2 parts ocean forest with one part light warrior. Such a better mix, and it's not as harsh on the plants as OF alone.

Put a layer of Light warrior on top if you are germing seeds in the pot, or are putting germed seeds in. Will help.....

Thanks wonderblunder, I appreciate it.
Both you and ReAvEr have changed my mind about Happy Frog, and I like the idea of mixing Ocean Forest and the Light Warrior. I do want to say that on this list, I priced out everything as if I were buying new. Although, I plan to get as many things used (Craigslist/eBay) as long as they're in good shape. This could possibly save me up to $1K if I can find some good deals. I did forget to put something to catch the water under the grow bag's. Good thinking. I was planning on using the Fox Farm Big Bloom & Tiger Bloom for nutes, but I haven't really researched in detail to understand what I need, you know what I'm saying or no?? The fans on ceiling is a good idea too :eyesmoke:. I was thinking about connecting the 2 aircooled light reflectors with a piece of ducting, then putting a "T" fitting in between the lights. Connect to the "T" with an inline duct fan to more ducting which will be ran right to the tip of the carbon filter/inline fan. All this is inside the growroom. Then the carbon filter/inline fan will be pulling the exhaust from the lights, and other air in the space, to the exterior of the house with the help of another inline duct fan. For intake, I was just going to simply run a slightly smaller ducting from the exterior of the house to the grow room. (On the opposite side of the exhaust for cross ventilation.) No fans will be pushing the outside air in. The room, will be sealed air tight. I am using a smaller ducting for intake to create negative air pressure in the room. I hope that all makes sense. I am more worried about the room getting cold because the house is in a way colder climate then where I live now. It gets in the negatives there.

Okay, rEaveR. Didn't mean to overpost in your thread. But thank you for your input. You too wonderblunder. You guys are my new friends. Haha. :dunce:

Just wanted to say one more thing. Sounds good. I would pick a nutrient line that is quality, and you can talk to people about using it. Whether at your hydro shop or on here. Fox Farm is good. Get some of the enhancing type things as well. SOme stuff to enhance flowering etc.... I don't know a whole lot about nutrients... I follow the directions until Im comfortable with them.........

How are all your plants doing reaver?

Hey Reaver, I got a problem. My new Sun agro bulb is for horizontal mounting only. The sun agro has added red and says its MH and HPS in one bulb. I think that would do a better job than regular MH in the flower room. All I have is a bootleg reflector I made a while ago......What do I do?

its for horizontal mounting only? you can probably mount it vertically, its just probably not desiged to do so. Is it a WARNING! Do Not Hang Vertically? Or?

Hey Im not sure. I got it hung. Take alook in my journal at the last pic update. The flowering room is now 1800 watts. All I need to buy is a 100 dollar reflector and a 65 dollar bulb and it will be tits..........
