Yea u are much better of just hanging hte bulb without the box around it...

OK i tossed the box this morning, threw it on the bonfire pit. I have a small shead i can use 5'x6' Will this be good??

Hey Don't worry about it. Just be careful with you lights and temps. I'll post a few pics of my veg box which was made out a box that an outdoor patio set came in. Cut some holes out for your fans, then an exit hole for the hot air to excape. i got this down pat. It's no more dangerous than growing in a small closet. Pic's comming.

LOL man don't encourage such danger. He wants to use a 400W hps in that card board box, not a good idea no matter how many holes you put in it.
