What does autoflowering mean?

it is something they somehow put into strains such as low rider which will bud to harvest within 3-4 month whatever the grow conditions are. .they simply start to flower just like a n alarm-clock would have run off. those strains have also the feature/disadvantage that they can't be cloned since the lack the veg stage...

alright, and if i was to buy some lowrider seeds of some kind, is that good bud quality wise? and because of the autoflowering feature is the yeild good at all?

it can be but you have 2 grow it good can be up 20%

18-6 soil and 200w i had 62 grams off 2 plants

My first grow I seeded all the females and got 31g of cleen after seperating the 737 seeds.
From 4 females.
I will let you know how they do unseeded, I have some in pots... again.

Things I love about the Lowrider 2 strain....
First I would say that for a newb. like me, the autoflower was perfect.
I germ in papertowel, goes to a beer cup with sunshine #4, then in to 8" pot to finish there life out in.mix in a little bat guano and some fox farm.
I use Age Old Organics Grow/Bloom
With SuperThrive.
18/6 the first 50 days and 12/12 the last 15 to really harden the buds.
Second I love that they are producers, you are sure to get 20 or 30 grams apiece.
And for a plant that is 17 inches tall that is pretty good.
Good resin plants as well, even more than my MasterKush plants.
Nice heady party buzz. Gotta love that.
All around I would give the Lowrider#2 strain a 7.25
The minus's would be that there several different phenotypes, and there was a high male/female ratio.
But other then that I would say this strain would be great for anyone.

How about Cloning, Are you able to clone lowrider? I mean, Is there a period of time for you to decide sex to clone females? I know it sounds stupid, but with a highM/F ratio, it would be worth being able to duplicate the ladies.

im not sure you can but i remember somone saying that it was balls and they cloned it like any other plant

Glad to help.

I think that as far as the cloning issue, The Lowrider 2 grows so fast that the cuttings would not root due to genetics.
I tried to clone and they died. If you can do it cool, post something when it happens.
If you know about cloning in flower, those principles apply to this becouse the flower automaticly buds.
With the speed that these girls grow you dont really get to clone.
I may try to clone again. I have an auto cloner now.

I just plant about 50 and see what I get.
That way theres still plenty.
There are so small they will fit anywhere...LOL.
