wich would keep my grow box cooler??

right now i have 6 23w cfls in my 2Wx2Lx3H and one pc intake fan and a 4 in inline fan for exuast . but the temps are at 96f wich is too hot! :fire:

would it be cooler if i got a 150w hps with a air coolable reflector and hook the 4 in fan too it?

now ill i need is another 100$ awesome. :-P
