at 15 this kid is still just that a kid! I dont know what his life has been like,but im sure its not been good! so instead of getting this KID help we lock him up and forget about him! now who is guilty of a crime! i say we are! we let kids watch what ever they want and play with what ever they want! this kid is just numb to violence as are most of us! I say charge his mom and dad, maybe if we did it that way we would have more parents raiseing thier kids! because kids do what they see! THE MTV EFFECT! Les teach kids to love more not hate more! this is sad to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fifteen is way past old enough to know the difference between right and wrong.
It takes a pretty fucked up individual to be able to beat a man to death for fun. I mean, I couldn't beat a DOG to death, let alone a human being.
That homeless man was at the very least, somebody's son, possibly someone's father, brother, etc. If the article was about a 15 year old beating a little old lady to death, would people be whining about his poor young life being ruined?

iv aways said that if someone hurts my family that i was going to kid nape them a sip tie there arms and leggs at the joints as tight as i can get them and the take power saw and remove there arms and leggs then i was going to drop them off at the emergency room
death is a release most of them want to die anyways but this way they still live i dont goto jail for life and they get to live the rest of they life imprisoned in there own body forever thinking i fuck with the wrong one that time

I'm pretty sick in the head, but I'll admit I've had to put a shotgun to a dog's head, one that I liked a lot, but it was very sick. I wasn't going to let my older brother [who is mentally handicapped] find it dead in the yard. It was a very plastic and withdrawn feeling. Of course, this compares in no way to the story of the youth who beat a homeless dude to death. I'd say that's worse than if he shot him in the face. I'd just sentence him to live with some homeless dudes for a few years. Then after a few weeks I'd tell the homeless dudes what he did. Nature would take its course.

I don't care what the kids life has been like. Lots of people have had shitty childhoods, yet they are not murderers. I say the person guilty of a crime is the person who BEAT A MAN TO DEATH.
Most of us don't beat people to death for entertainment. What you are saying is the kid should get a slap on the wrist and the parents go to jail?
I know mtv has crap on 24/7, and it pisses me off that they don't show videos anymore.
But that is not an excuse to kill. Well, maybe killing some mtv execs could be considered justified. I agree with your last point, this is a sad situation.

In northern WI, a man got 11 years for beating a man to death. I'm sure the victim begged for his life, for the man to stop, but kept beating him. Now THAT's an injustice. the perp was an american indian, and casino dollars got him the light sentence. Not sure if it was just a good lawyer or an outright bribe. Hope he gets shanked in priz.

These kids new what they were doing,They probably didnt think they were gonna kill him though his old age and poor health is probably the reason he died from the beating.But he would still be alive right now if them assholes didnt take it that far.So they deserve that sentence but they should be able to get parole after 25.But im sure 1 or 2 of them will get an appeal and blame it on the (ringleader) and say they were peer pressured and get it reduced to involuntary manslaughter and get out alot earlier.
