I can't believe you would actually even bring up medicare. It hardly covers shit. (pause for more laughter). My dear grandmother is bankrupt because of healthcare costs. She has to pay over $1200 dollars a month just for her medication which isn't covered under medicare. All joking aside here, I do believe we need to fix healthcare. Sometimes the private sector needs some nudging from the government. Regulation perhaps. That is the role of government. Not getting even more involved in the health insurance game. Is this a better suggestion londonfog? I know you seem to want to tow the line of the progressive government. They love regulation too.

He brought up how well the post office does it's job and on the surface it seems o.k. The USPS is bankrupt. He throws up medicare.
