you can try a dehumidifier out or you may need to improve the ventilation you may have.
how high is the humidity?

It's at 60-65 with the light on.
And 71 with the lights off.

You should put a couple of PC fans in there to move the air.Maybe I blowing in and 1 exhaust.That should work.
