got some pics of the plants today...... PK is just really starting to fill in...... Nov 10th or there abouts for her........ two more feedings.....

three Sensi Stars left..... just a few days left for them...... largest two in raised beds, medium one in the pot......

was going to take pics of whats drying and curing..... but I already returned the camera.... sorry.... maybe in a week or so???

Got a few more pics of the greenhouse plants but they are RAW format..... I can't even view them on my computer, but they are supposed to be of even higher quality...... I have photoshop 5.5 , but can't even open them in that...... anyone know what I should do, short of buying a program for it, or really spending any money? I am broke as always....

Anyways.... thats it......

It sure is :), though I haven't identified them yet ;)

Weights Update

1 lb 3 ozes so far of Sensi Star is done enough to start giving out to patients who can finish curing it themselves as they are anxious to start medicating with it I am sure (3.5 ounces of it has already gone out, and it all smokes :) )..... not including some still hang drying and a little box full sweating....... I got a qp from the Matanuska, a qp from the Purple Power Plant, and the puke plant which I won't include because I don't remember the weight, or even IF I weighed it, :).

I got a 1/2 ounce set aside for me to smoke until the next three plants are done too, and I will keep some choice selection of that for me :), about a qp :), I have another harvest coming up in December, so it really doesn't have to last me THAT long :). Oh yeah, and the Purple Kush to look forward to.....

Anyone care to guess the dry weight off the PK? If possible I would like to give out a special secret prize to the person closest to the right number...... :D

and sorry, the special camera shots for comparrison are not going to happen today...... but I can tell you this..... PK this year is approximately 2 1/2 weeks behind the PK from last year......

I will try and get a pic update of the PK momma next week if she hasn't been harvested already........ its a big ordeal/hassle to get out there.....

iether way, tis the season, wish you were here, drop by and puff one with me, lets laugh and make merriment for this special season of celebration!

Oh yeah.... thought this was worth noting.....

the Purple Power Plants calyxes turned purple While curing..... not drying, not while on the plant so much, but while curing...... very clearly purple....... very interesting indeed...... tastes slightly more...... uhhhh...... purple i guess, the more time goes by...... not so much sweet or anything, but just purple... hehe.....

I would like to grow this strain again and again to do some...... uhhhh..... observing :)........ Dutch Passion I believe was the original breeder...... hmmmm..... gotta make a seed stock list, stock up for the winter ;)....... but sigh....... I haven't even been able to start writing the list down, and it is already too long........

I can wait..... its just interesting to see what outside perspectives produce..... know what I mean? I would also wonder how the picture viewers guesses would compare to the guesses of those that have seen the PK in tires in person (I have gotten a few wild guesses...... one person even guessed 2 lb.s!) but don't guess anything outrageous like that..... I guarantee no where neer 2 lb.'s is coming off her ;)

well..... I have decided I would like to write an in depth book..... and would like to use this journal as a primary material source and kind of outline/drawing board for it (which means I need to acumulate quite a few more strains, and get a way better camera and couple of lenses)...... with my next years outdoor grow as its counterpart..... which means that hopefully I will have the time to make both this and that journal very detailed starting around February...... or at least that is what I am hoping for anyways...... I use notebooks...... but I think the more visual representation and the ease of type structuring entries will allow for better reflection an easier interpretation as there will be pics included and labelled etc.

hey the most recent pics show up just great. I don't think you need a new camera or a new photoshop program. The plants look all sparkly and juicyand I can just about smell them from here.
So what about the aforementioned mushrooms in pic 6? I don't do psychedelics anymore, but cook with mushrooms like crazy. What an added bonus either way!

its the macro and the friendship ;)

but anyways.... I was asked and I thought this might make sense in a few ways to some people might get some kicks NYB ;) hope you don't mind Dawnish

it was just a fleeting thought, a worry storm in the back of my mind, after some things were said yesterday evening...... I love her too much to even ever want to let go.... she is truly amazing in so so many ways..... but this and that yah know? those things that really get to me about her, and vise a verse...... sometimes they butt heads and it is painful...... it would only ever be her that leaves me because I couldn't do it, as we have built our lives up and around each other, and the world comes crashing down on us in thunder and lightning pouring out the day to day struggles, us two old trees grown and wound entangle and conjoined, seemingly inseparable...... but occasionally the water will be too heavy, or the lightning will strike just right and; a branch will break from between us. At times we will glance at each other with concern and sorrow in our faces. We do not have an easy life, we choose not to subservient to the storm, we fight to grow every day, and sometimes branches will break on the way,

sometimes broken branches free the tree to grow better ;) ..... thank you much Dr. I could only hope the same for you........without storms, what would sunny days be?
