Help on how to set up fans in large grow tent

New to growing indoors. I have a list of items I need to buy and was wondering if i can post what I have and what else i will need to circulate and remove the odour.
I have on order a ruck 100A fan and filter package. The tent is 4' x 4' x 6.6' I believe this is ideal for what I need to start. It comes with carbon filter and air duct tubing. This would then filter and remove the odur which I have a vent to the outside wall to allow this to happen.
I think I now also have to have a way of having air in the tent circulate as the kit seems to be only to extract the air through the filter. What else do I need?

Yes, you need a couple oscillating fans in the tent to mimic the wind outside and strengthen the stems, as well as to cool your girls and keep bugs away.

Have fun with your new project. :eyesmoke:

Thanks and looking foward to all this, the light, control box and reflector I have ready, bulb will have to be 400w hps as this is all the box says it can handle, was hoping for 600w but i'll do my first lot with 400w.

I may also end up posting in wrong parts of the forum but will try to keep up and do right.

Have grown for years outside and used mostly just nature but indoors is a whole new ball game.
I will run a 400w 24/7 MH in the light setup to get them started then switch bulb over to hps when needed. Will my hps control box be fine for using the MH bulb as opposed to the HPS bulb?

Control box? are you referring to the ballast? If your using a conventional ballast you will need to use a conversion MH bulb. A digital ballast will run both types of bulbs without needing to use conversion bulbs.

Cool, i'll look for a conversion bulb now I know.
It's a Parlux DSGB-400MS discharge control ballast box, not a digital box.

I'm not sure if thats the bulb you need.....or if your ballast will ignite both types of bulbs? I know in Canada/USA if you have a ballast intended to be used with a HPS bulb you need a conversion MH bulb to work with an HPS ballast. The info in the link states the bulb can be used for both veg and flower but doesn't say if its a conversion bulb or not? sorry I guess I should of elaborated.......

Other sites say it is compatable with hps igniter ballasts but this link actually says the bulb here is able to run from my ballast hps igniter box so this is what I need. I'm glad I asked as I would have just stuck one in and wondered why it turned itself into a firework.
