Do you think you could do DWC with clones but using Rapid Rooters instead of rockwool? I just have a think against rockwool. :)

I'm all ready to start flowering out my WR, just waiting on a new HPS bulb. I realized toward the end of my last flower that I had been using the same bulb for over 20 months.:oops:

bad news again guys, Dac's computer shitted out on him again... so.. guess itts not fixed anymore :S lol. time to look for another again! the search goes on! :o

FYI, it can take some digging but you can find some really good deals on the Dell factory outlet site.

RR plugs don't do well in hydro setups. Just plain DWC might be okay, but anything with pumps or drip lines is a no no. :blsmoke:

alright, great news everybody!!, i just got back from Dac's house, and me and him just set up my old laptop for him, and he shjould be able t opost he said by tonight, but the pics are gonna be low res for a little while, because he doesnt have a place to plug in a camera card, so its gonna be by cell phone, and just email them to his email.. and upload from there..

but its working good, but sadly its bitchin slow haha. so yeah. he'll be posting maybe by tonight, forsure tomorrow :)

YOYOYO! Whats up everyone! Just got the comp setup!

I want to send a VERY Special Thanks you to DLC for his old comp.

Ya its kinda slow but hell, Its WAYY better than no computer at all! Thanks you again!


Also yes pics will be lower RES because of no camera card slot. I might have a USB transfer cable for the high res camera but Ill have to go looking for it..

Babies were looking great right before bed tonight. nice and green. I didint have time to see if any roots have hit the RES yet but Ill be checking on all that tomorrow and updating with pics!

Hey Tech whats up! Ya I concur with what JONN said. RW isint horrible. Its accually great if you know how to use it.


Just be sure to water ofter. Its pretty much impossible to overwater RW. Just make sure that you have proper drainage for the RW.

Actually my issue with RW is more from an environmental standpoint than an ease of use issue.

Ahh! I see. It is true that after the end of the world there will be nothing but fruitcake,roaches, martha stewart and rockwool : )


BUT! You can clone in anything really. just as long as the plant is supported. Try the pebbles used in fish tanks. Just be sure to tie up your plant so it doesint fall over!

lol! that's great. Whatever. It's all natural... It's just like cotton candy but rock. Rocks don't disintegrate... Maybe it's something we can pass on to whatever comes after us... I mean, Imagine how much better our pot would be right now if cavemen found rockwool bongsmilie I consider it our little gift to the future :)

Babies are doing good. Yall will have to pay no attention to the low res pics. As I can only take them on my cell phone for right now!


Anyway! I have roots that are down in the RES already. Just didint get to take any pics today. Most likly tomorrow when we change out the RES. : )

Lol! JONN, Ya i dont mind the whole not enviromently safe thing. If Rockwool is the most threating thing to our world. Were all in good shape : )

WB Thanks for stopping by! yes 12/12 from seed is not done that often. But Im trying to perfect a technique to where you can get the most yield out of a 60 day run on 12/12! Should be fun!
Next grow I might go for 2.5 months. But really just need to get the basic work done on this experiment first!

And I know! They are super rich green and growing wayy faster than my soil one did!

Already If I rub the leaves, my fingers are slightly sticky! and your hand will be smelling,lol! These are going to be potent as hell!


Ya tomorrow is their 2 week Bday, so they should be hitting that sprout. Ill be switching to 1/2 nutes tomorrow. So We should be seeing these girls turn out huge. Ill be topping them after about 3-4 nodes up!


Another thing I got excited about again is they should be starting to show sex in the next 1-1.5 weeks. So....There will be no dissapointments! There all femmed seeds! : ) Ive very happy to be seeing 4 healthy girls infront of me!!


Ok Anyway! Sorry for the book! Im off to checkout your thread!

Oh well, I may have to just give it a try. Not like my soil isn't mostly rock to start with. :)

yeah they are lookin good :) babies are doing wonderful, and they're so big for so young, tons bigger then just the regular bag seed grow we had last time, and even know, me and Dac went in there and you can already rub your fingers on the leaves and smell of them, it smells like damn fruit loops, and its strongggg as hell!, gotta love white rhino :)
