temperature for seedlings

i got my batch of seeds in the mail for after the plants i have now are done but i germed 2 of them and they cracked 2 days ago and i have them in there starter cubes the room they were in was about 68 degrees but i moved them into my grow room where it is now 80 was that low temp bad for them? usually they pop out of the ground in about a day in a half to 2 days and its already been 2 days and the tops of the seeds are just at the top of the starter cubes

They are like dried out and browning I think the humidity was too low

How low was the humidity? Are they damp now? You don't have them under light do you?

The humidity is between 45-50% there is no light on them and they were damp
