help with clones

Hi folks,
could you look at my clones pics and tell me in your experience what the problem might be?
I collected 4 clones from each plant with a total of 8 in total, the first set 2 weeks ago` and the other 1 week ago`.
I used the technique of cutting with sharp blade, in water, then rooting powder, placed in peat containers and in the dome.
Last week i started moving them out of the the dome to keep them in the grow space, now 3 seems picking up and showing signs of yellowing leaves which are fine... but 5 of them (mainly the ones from the later batch)
seems either dying, the new leafes are all browning and drying out, they look unhealty,
i was wondering in your experience if they are dead and therefore dont waste anymore time with them or what the problem can be, i.e overwatering or what else.

well . i found out that my clones do better by keeping the humidity high ,but their grow midium drie . for example i cut a two litter bottle in half and put the top part of bottle upside down into the lower part wich i fill wit lil water . after placing the clone in the soil it looks for water so the roots grow looking down where the water is . i cover the soil with plastic papper plate so i keep the leafs moist bot the soil kinda dry. them i cover the plant with a big zip lock bag to keep humidity in...alow me please. i also used this method to veg . i zip lock bag cover and poke lil holes in the bag so the plant can take air . fastest most sussesfull way to clone for me.

temp play key rool in the cloning too . ranging from 75 to 85 deg and a dim light till rooted , not to close to light for the first few days.

Hey papix, the plants in pic#4 look pretty much ok for new clones going through a little transplant shock. I would cut the larger fan leaves back by 1/3 to 1/2 at a 45 degree angle. This will help the plant to regenerate new leaves and promote growth. Do the dome thing & spritz them with as fine a mister as you can get ahold of several times daily. Try to keep the temp around 76 degrees if possible. I wish you good luck & good grow.........BB

your soil is to wet from the looks of it. also try clipping the tips from the fan leaves, it forces the plant to focus on root formation not keeping the fan leaves alive. you may want to also trying larger/plder branches for the clones.

you need to leave them in the dome for a longer period before you take them out...mine dont come out until I see roots 10-14 days
