Yeah it would be cool if you could send the smell and you did indeed get lucky on that free light.

yep, they sent me the seeds in a nirvana wallet that is made of 100% exterior hemp. took about one week for it to arrive. Ordered it on a Saturday came the next Monday i think

Today, second day of flowering as well as the second 12hours of my 4 CFLs shining onto my ladies, I've discovered they've been over heated. Since I run the lights while I'm asleep I did not get a chance to check up on my ladies until I woke up. :roll: I changed from 4 CFLS to 3 and raised them up higher because they were drooping down way too close to the plants causing this!!:

Hopefully they will have a speedy recovery and I will start to see some preflowers in no time.

no nutes will be used throughout this grow since its my first time i want to get the feel of it, its all just heat burn fromthe lighting

anyone have any suggestions how far / how many lights i should be using for now because i put four in and it caused this to happen..

Try amd get some airflow.
And i no longer am growing. had to get my plants outta here last night =[.
But yeah airflow, got any?

Well thats good, if you can put your hand under it, and your hand can handle it they should be fine.
Maybe have a vent or something at the top for the hot air to get out.

I have 2 120MM fans on top of the box, I'll post a picture later on tonight since I keep them in darkness during the day

Well you have fans and im guessing intake holes for fresh air to come in. And old hot air to leave, I guess just keep them farther away from the plant, thats all i can say?

Here are many pictures as promised, I caused the two ladies a lot of burns but I hope they will do just fine. I switched to 2 CFLS 42watt for flowering ( 2700k? ) They're really nice and green and standing great but seeing these burns just breaks my heart, Hope they heal quickly, these are feminized seeds too so I plan on both the ladies to flower.

84 watts? You are a great inspiration dude. It's difficult to get a feel for the potential of CFLs from calulating the technical specs but this is proof that the sky is the limit. I think I'll gerninate my NL seeds after all. thanks man. really.

Thanks all the new comers, I'll be posting pictures tomorrow to show you some new leaves the ladies are pulling out and maybe later on this week if I'm lucky we'll see the pistils we've been waiting for.
