ok so whatrs happening here is im in Canada and of course the cold ass weather is rolling in. Im still waiting for my light which is 600 watt HPS and the room is 4 feet deep , 3 feet wide and almost 6 feet tall. Its totally covered in mylar and si plan on running an 8 inch inline fan for the air cooled tube and want to run that exhaust to the outside of the room and im also going to use another 8 nch fan for the ventialion with a filter on it and i may possibly have another ventilation hole as well. Now what im wondering is what do i do at night when the lights are out to keep the temp up?? and ....what temp should i have my room set at for night time when the lights are out??? Any help is appriciated!!!:eyesmoke:

I live in the U.K and i use heat mats with a temp control. My grow room is not massive 1.2mtrs in length and width a 2.3mtrs in height. I have an exhust fan and a fan circulating air. My intake is the door slightly open which seems to work well.

The temps i keep mine at all night are between 18 - 24. It can sometimes go below 18 when really cold. I introduced 2 heat pads for 4 plants, two on each. I keep the heat pads at 24 at night and 18 in the day. It also keeps my growroom in and around all the temps listed above, i think this is mainly due to the growroom size i think that if it was any bigger i may have to get another heat mat just for warmth.

Give it a go before you try a heater as this can put your humidity up and you don't want mold etc.

Hope this helps mate.
