Is it possible for a plant to flower in 18/12?

Ive got a plant right now that ive had growing for about 3 months, its very small and very compact, its under 10" tall with over 20 growth heads. It was in really bad soil for a long time thats why i believe it stayed so small, i changed the soil and its growing better, anyways, i cloned a few heads off it a week ago and its still in 18/12 lighting but there are female pisles coming out of it now. Its definatly not the growth heads from the branches that cones were taken from because those are alreay big, im talking about ligit female hairs.... Does any1 know whatcould be causeing this, i was planning on starting to flower it this weekend anyways so should i be worried about anything?

u leave a plant under 18/6 for 3 months it's going to show sex female or male! .. thats telling u it's ready to flower. 3 months of growth and only 10 inches???? .. mine are 13 inches and they are almost 3 weeks old.. damn or do u mean (10') feet?

im srry i ment 18/6, was/am high so if i dont make sens, u know why. I did mean 10" tall, its really weird the plant its super dense and its been topped like 3 times, about 20+ growth heads like i said, its in its dark cycle now so i cant get a pic but ill put one up later tonight maybe to show u, its a nice plant not like its diesesed or anything, just a very small plant, and like i said im pretty sure the bad soil had a big part in the stunted growth

sounds a bit small,my Northen Lights are 2 months old and are 18'' tall,and take up a 2x4' grow tray.3 of them.All showed preflowers at 3 weeks.

but to answer your question,not in 18/6,they shouldn't flower.

ok herer are the pics, first one is the plant itself, it looks like its been flowering fr a while due to how dense it looks but i assure u its just vegged that way, second one is showing the pistils that i found

No its just the plants way of telling you that it can and will go into flowering at your command. If you keep it at 18/6 it will continue to grow.

Im Wondering what it is?
If I were you and I had the space Id take clones at this point and continue to veg the main if I were you. Looks very well taken care of.

you think like a good grower, i took clones about a week ago and they are inside my humidity dome. Should sprout roots within the next few days. Im hoping that this plant produces some good bud, its an unknown strain that i had growing outdoor and took a clone from, the outdoor one is still flowering so im not sure what the bud is like bud it looks alright so far, Worst case i have 2 other strain 1 more pure sativa and a white widow indica and i know the white widows smoke is bomb. Very healthy looking clones so far, most of the time the bottom 2 leaves die when i take clones, these ones are still a dark green like the mother. Im thinking about putting this one into Flower but i want to wait till i have established the clones i took so i dont lose the strain, it looks like a winner for an indoor, nice and short with very dense leave structure
