lowrider bloom food question

Hi,
I have a couple of lowrider (autoflowering) 12-15 inches in potting soil. They showed sex about a week ago. I have not been feeding them yet (they are about 7 weeks old). Is it the proper time to start giving fertilizer (19-31-17)? Also, how long do lowriders usually take from sexing to budding or harvest?
Thanks!

I have grown about 4 female auto's so far and I would recommend not using any nutrients and if you do use them at 1/8 strength. Auto's or atleast my lowlife seeds I got seem VERY picky about nutrients. My first female was pretty much a dud because of my fox farm nutrients I gave it at 1/4 strength. I just found the picture of my first one that I gave the the most nutrients to. My plants only got better as I realized I should just stop the nutrients altogether. Also the bigger plant is the one I grew after and gave it a little bit less nutrients and It did the same thing. The last two pictures are of my current female which is doing something similar to the other two but not nearly as bad. I am thinking it is because I am still using fox farm ocean forest soil which I hear is very 'hot' in nutrients.
