Best time to take clones

What do you think the best time to take a cutting for a clone is???

They say durring flowering, but then you have to wait for that period...

Can you take a cutting from a plant in it's veg stage???

You can take your clones anytime in veg or flower. Yes the clones take longer to root and to revert to veg state but the good part of that is that the growth rate is full of vigor when she does start to grow. This is when I personally take mine now, until this year I always took them in veg but now am a believer in letting them flower and taking the bottom branches once they first start to show flowering.
Use your dome to keep them hydrated and I recommend superthrive, just one drop in your mister bottle when you mist them each day. Best of luck to you and remember the only dumb question is one you don't ask.

IMO, clones should be taken during veg, from the lower growth that will be meager, under the canopy.
The exception would be when you aren't sure re:sex of plant.

I already know the sex because my plants are all clones from female so I guess then I could cut them from veg if I know the outcome is going to that they're female

you know it's harder for beginner to keep them alive when he cuts them during flowering.

If you know they are females, then go ahead and take cuttings in veg time... put clones in rockwool cubes... smaller ones... and keep them wet... you dont need rooting hormon...

I am a newbie but I hear it's not that hard to take clones, what r ur steps???
