You should be able to get a glass screen that will fill that hole. You might be able to tack it in place with a soldering iron.
You should be able to find a blower that will fix it. Ask your headshop who the local guy is. If you ever have someone doing a glass demo they will usually fix it quick.
The problem I find is not the cost but trying to coordinate a meeting with a glass blower is near impossible.
