I intend to use 1 110W HPS (8000 lm) on 1 plant. Do u think it will be enough? If not, i can add 2 36W warm white CFL, 2600 lm each. In that case maybe i can put 2 plants? What do u think?

Yeah, what size room and can you ventilate? More is always better, are you using a outdoor floodlight fixture? I tried that for awhile in a closet grow but ended up getting a 250 watt HPS enclosed fixture which I could hook up a small fan to the top and pull heat out and push it into another area....... plants thanked me!...............

I bought a 200 dollar Sunburst 400 for a 3x5 closet with the optional fan and lens and the plants love it,and the fan makes for no heat in the closet.Fan and lens were an extra 90.

that should be fine for the first few weeks of Veg and keep the CFL's close. Depending on your room size and ventilation, you should look into getting a larger light for flowering (400-600w). As the plants get bigger, you will need more light to hit the undergrowth as you raise the light.

you are fine brother for one plant. if you want to add extra that is all great. personally i would sort of prune into a lollipop them because you will have undergrowth that will not really give you anything. so the pruning will make all the nutes go to the top where all the light is. happy growing..... lets see some pics!!!

The growing space is 3x3 atm, but can be adjusted in upwards as the plant grows, its inside a closet.

This is the 2 plants ( hoping 1 will be female) at 13 days, 5 days ago, at the window.
