The bill DOES NOT ban anything. There is no language in the bill regarding banning anything.
That decision was made by the FDA, not the legislation that gave the FDA power over tobacco regulations.
Since the FDA doesn't make laws, they are only banned from being sold. It is not a crime to possess them.

Obama DID NOT. All he did was put his signature on a bill that would have become law WITHOUT his signature. Congress wrote and passed the bill, which gave power to the FDA. The FDA instituted the ban.
Your anger is misdirected. If you want to be angry about the ban, be angry at the Congress or the FDA.
Just for sale from what I get out of it. Im about to go around town and buy them all off the stores because I like the flavored ones and also help the stores out maybe. I couldnt immagine owning a headshop right now I am gonna do my part and go buy them so they dont loose money on the buisness.
You Obama people never think about how many smoke shops got shut down by this and the tax hike. But oh yeah you dont care about REAL people that have jobs and such and feed a familly. You care about Obama so much to forget about the stores that sold you pipes and bongs when nobody had the balls to. Fucking hypocrites.

hey go to this site, you can still get rolling papers but just for non tobacco cigarettes. i just read this disclaimer that popped up as soon as i went to the page

your also missing the fact that obama isnt doing anything to you directly or pot heads even, its all abuot stopping kids from smoking, which if more kids arent smoking because of this its OK in my book. as long as they dont stop selling dutchmasters and games
That would be cool if they where not trying to ban wraps and swishers aswell right now. And its not an all out ban just the sale you cant sale them but you can have them. They decriminalize flavored tobacco. We treat flavored tobacco like ampsterdam treats weed and everything is fine in our country yeah.

whats your idea to fix the economy? well???? it will fix itself right? lets just keep things the same as always. insurance companies deserve to make billions every year while fucking the us over. we do need to have one of the most expensive health care and college system too. ya know in cuba they have free college, even doctors and lawyers college is free and their healthcare cost 80% less than ours. thats terrible, i pray to god nothing like that ever happens here. overpaying for education and healthcare helps us and our economy out SOOOOOOOOO much.
Dont beleive what Obama says. Of course he is gonna say its for the kids just like FDA says weed should be illegal for the kids. My pets should be illegal for the kids. My hair style should be illegal for the kids.

Well I wouldnt start by shutting down half of the small buisness in america. Or raising taxes on a substance more then half the population is on because that would make me look like a drug dealer and we wouldnt want that.
Oh yeah and I would let everyone keep money they earn and do as they please aslong as they dont hurt anybody. Doing this we could cut police in half witch inturns gives people back more of they money. Everything I would do would involve giveing tax payers back everything to the dime. That would save this country freedom will save this country not solviet style communism sorry.
There was a time when you earned a dollar and didnt owe sombody 15% and it was before the mob got here. What has Obama given you? Has he came to your house with a birthday cake? Or even liscened to one word or sentence you have said or would he even bother?
Truth is you will never know but I do know lots of people are loosing buisnesses over this and all you can say is "economy" yeah well he just helped knock it down a little further.

So far, Obama has given me (and many other Americans) a federal tax break. I used part of that money to buy a birthday cake, so I suppose in a way he DID bring me a birthday cake.
As far as a veto goes, why on earth would he veto legislation that the majority of Congress (and their constituents) backed? you do understand that Congress can override the President's veto, right? That means they can pass the law EVEN IF the President doesn't sign it.

Lots of people are losing business because they can't sell flavored cigarette papers? LOL! Nobody can sell them, so it isn't as if people are all rushing to ONE store to buy them and taking business away from other stores.
So, they can't sell a $2 pack of cigarette papers. I hardly think that's going to force anyone out of business, unless your business sells ONLY flavored cigarette papers (which is a retarded business model, anyway).
Your just pointing out that you care about nobody other then yourself. But please continue tell us how you dont care about people that dont run buisness how YOU think they should run them and ill tell you your a freedom loving american............You are so selfish its almost sickening. Three tobacco shops have shut down in my city in the last 3 months they where owned by PEOPLE with famillys they where small shops you know ones that dont own 50000 stores nation wide. They lost EVERYTHING you act as if every buisness owner makes millions or somthing. Selling pappers might not seem like much to you but YOU dont own a shop that makes its livelyhood off tobacco products you see now?
Jst because its not YOUR buisness geting taken down peice by peice you should be woundering when your next. I doubt you own a buisness though so loosing somthing to you involves a tv and cool entertainment center(Just guessing you could hold other things valuable, I have to point this out because smart people like you like to feel smart and correct people so save your time) But if those things where takin from you, YOU would be outraged.

I work for my self and they try to take money from me so this is another lie. I got one job I dont pay taxes but I refuse to. And guess what no scarey men showed up yet and I doubt they will because its a scam.

that depends entirely on how much income you make from that 1 job.
Unless you can claim exemption from withholding, they will still take taxes out of even the most modest paycheck. If you know how to work the tax system, you can get all of that back (and then some) when you file your federal tax return.
