6x4x4 NL grow

So this will be my first grow box ever made, I'm going with 1/2 inch plywood, with 2x2 braces on the inside of the box. I'll be growing a Northern Lights plant, sex unknown, as well as some tomatoes in a new hydro setup to test it. I will be getting each 8x4 slab cut into a 6x4 and 2x4, and repeating that 3 more times. I'll then pair up the 2x4 pieces and use them for the top and bottom of the box. I will be painting it flat white and cutting out two holes, on for a passive intake and a exhaust on top, with a DIY carbon scrubber on top. I'm still looking into the fan, possibly a 8 inch duct boosting fan. Not the best but I'm on a tight budget and its that or a bathroom fan, and I'm assuming that the duct fan is better. 170 CFM.

So I will upload a very rough draft of my plan, and we will see how it goes. Any quick comments would be nice, to let me know what you think and if I'm about to mess something up. The plant is already started from seed and has been topped once already, but is now looking for a place to grow and get big. Wish me luck! Pics soon!

Will do as soon as I start, just have to find a way to get the wood from the store to here, depends on delivery fees I guess.

I need to decide on one more thing. I can use either a 300CFM blower, or an 8 inch inline fan that is rated for 500CFM

Which would be better airing out my growbox through a filter?

have you thought of going with 1/4 plywood or evean 1/8 part. board, might be a little cheeper? The board is a gloss white. might be good for somthing like this.

I've though about it, but would that be enough to keep a solid frame? The last thing I would want would be for it to collapse if moved.

probly not i thought of that after i posted last. you could buy a couple extra 2x4's to add support and it would be light enough to move

Yup, I might yet, I'm going to the stores tomorrow to find out all the prices of the different materials for the walls
