Lowriders not showing sex

Hi,

My lowriders are about 10 inches at 30 days but not showing sex yet...is that abnormal??? I have about 200 true watts of CFL...about half at 2700 (red) color. lights on 18/6.

If it were me i would go to 12/12 and give bloom nutes
