for 12/12 from seed, what light? hps or mh?

I want to get a 150w hps, but I don't know if it's good enough for the whole 12/12 from seed process...

is there an all in one bulb for this purpose? (and I really want to avoid using CFLs)

You get dual spectrum hps bulbs but i do not know if they make 150w versions. I use a 600w dual spectrum hps from seedling to finish.

I still have to rethink the whole thing
growing Mary Jane in a baptist church old confession booth is not something you don't consider well.
Maybe the convertion bulb will give it the 'light of god' effect
