I am looking to buy glass jars for the curing process but don't know where to look...any suggestions?

fred meyer, walmart, safeway, albertsons (most grocery stores), DIY centers

their usually in the baking or kitchen "gadgets" isle; labeled as canning jars or preserving jars

Just type "canning jars" in your search engine and you will find em for sale online cheaply in a multitude of sizes.
