your ph could be off. or you could be deficient in iron or nitrogen, possibly from pH nute lockout. i have been getting yellowing leaves that droop like straight down and fall off too. im in flower. i had been using a pool ph test kit, and i was reading it wrong or its i inacurate with drops, i thought my ph was like 6.7 its more like 7.25. they have probably been having trouble abosorbing iron on my end. check your ph :) with something reliable i got my ph pen on ebay for 29 with shipping included. WELL worth the investment. what nutes are you using?

are your plants if flowering? and if they are.... then it's natural. when a plant's leaves turn yellow and fall of the plant when they are in flowering. and if you plants aren't in flowering then it's a nute problem.

chillax brother they are right most plants leaves will yellow up during flower its because the plant and most likely the ferts your using are for flower thus they will contain little nitrogen.

problem solvered

im not quoting the message but more i got a question for the poster
what pink haired strain is that in the avatar i am currently looking for a strain with good pink hair ratios that i can breed true when crossed if you catch my drift.

KUSH AND bubblegum (ie doublegum especially apparently) strains are known for it
urs looks like a bubblegum strain is all

much appreciated

that plant was unkown origin aka BAGSEED. 125/oz so good bagseed. normally its 100 here. it was for sure pure indica. the buds looked great in the bag, smoked great. i decided i would grow more... the link to the grow is both sig links, one was suposed to be my other grow but for somereason they both go to my first. the plant was kinda hermi toward the end. it ended up selfing and the last grow i did was with 10x seeds from that plant, all 10 were fem :). also had 2 other bagseed from a then current bag growing with them, one was male, the other was a massive sativa. im thinking some lemon strain by the smell. one of the 10 herm'd out and popped a sac or 2 before i got it out, nothing at all major just a few seeds here and there. i have about 20 seeds crossed from that massive sativa and this bomb ass pink indica. i hope they grow well. i have 8 of those going now in my veg room.

one last note, that grow was during the winter. cold temps bring the pink out in this strain what ever it is. it wasnt nearly as prevalent growing in mid summer. almost no pink. temps rarely dropped below 70-75 even at night.

yeah more times than none bagseed will be Hermy unless some pollen makes its way to the grow from a male plant.

thats not to say all is lost afterall you kinda have feminized seeds (propper fems are harder its a matter of finding a true female)

anyhoo back on topic the hermie traits can be bread out. and if you want the hairs to show their colours during summer the key is nutrient deficiencies. ie nitrogen and potassium. this isnt healthy for the plants though

the reason the cold weather can cause this is because the cold environment is stunting the plants growth and also its ability to carry its chemicals through itself thus degrading the clorophyl and revealling the underlying pigments of the plant.

anyhoo thanks for the info and happy growing ppl

peace out

yeah the bagseed sitchos a catch 22 sitch but theres definately diamonds in the rough to be found.

ya could be lucky the seeds could be from some rough male pollen or the male sacs could have in fact came from a female plant through rhodelization and be true females. in which case your really an extra luky man

my friend mentioned to me that epsom salts would be good like magnesium, sed it wud bring the leaves to a nice colour.. is this true? if so whats the dose?

and make sure it dissolve'd all the way befor you use it. and i wouldn't worry about it if i were you. it's natural. just don't be over protective and end up poisoning your plant when their was nothing wrong with it in the first place. so take that into consideration also man. but gl

Good thread! I just checked on my plant for the first time in a couple days and the bottom sets of fan leaves are REALLY yellowing, although the top couple of sets are nice and green. I'm guessing that this is somewhat normal!? I just took these now....

yeah thats fine. more will go before the end. it will probably slow the yellowing if you hit it with some nit. ferts. just make sure you stop with it and flush well at the end. i dont think i would worry about it though. if you over fert it it may burn or if you dont flush it well enough it will smoke bad if its still loaded with nit and phosphorus.
