When I first opened the company and wrote that about "never having to give a money back guarnatee" we hadn't but since then we have had to resend some items.
Unfortunetly we have realised that it is impossible to have a 100% success rate no matter how hard we try. Ill make sure that I get someone to change the wording on the web.
I hav eoften thought of offering other alternative methods of shipping ie with Tshirts but it adds quite alot of money to the overall bill and as it is probably only 1 in every 100 that doesn't get through (they even get knicked) I kept it as it was.
Would you prefer a seedbank to give you different shipping options???
It would be great to get your feedback as we are always trying to improve our service.
