Just long enough that the spray will hit the roots. With my NFT system the roots need to be a little longer since the spray heads shoot down. I go from my aerocloner to a spray tub when I see roots about 1-1.5" long. Once they're about 4" long I move to the NFT.how long should roots be on my clones before i put them in my aero tubs.and can i put the clones in the net pots with just neaprean.or just use hydroton
No you're not.....you're a week behind. I'm growing a 6 week strain remember? LOLim like a week ahead of you.
Hey Loud......2 questions:ahh booooo![]()
I like intermatic timers if you're not looking to control anything with an on/off duration shorter than 15 minutes. I use an Intermatic T101 for my lighting but that is a 120v timer. I think the T-104 is good for up to 277volts. Keep in mind that these timers are hard wired which means you need to connect receptacles to them. ( you can't plug directly in to them.sent the pic u wanted. do u or LB no a good 220 v timer foe my light i have a sunleaves and have been through 2 and now the third one is not working. it worked fine the last month of flower. i havent used it for 1 month plugged it in to test run & nothing
This isnt exact but 1 watt = 3.41 BTU's so 1200watts will be about 4000btu OR 1/3 of a ton of heat added to your home. You will DEFINITELY need to vent those fixtures.Ok, Id like to know; DOes 2x 600 make lot of heat in your room?! im gonna have same set up! And does it cost lot of electricity per month?!
Are you sure it's the timer? Have you plugged the light directly in to a 220v outlet?thanks unc cant beleave i have went through 3 of the sunleaves timers
OK...if you need help with the wiring let me know.of corse i have. the first 2 i went through didnt work right out of the box. did u get the pic u wanted im not very computer friendly . so im just checking
With what?do you find it hard to grow with that?
As long as your roots reach the bottom of the pvc I don't see an issue.I finished building something similar a couple of months ago but without the sprayers. I have not been able to use yet but will be in action in a couple weeks. I have solution running into one end and out the other which goes into rez. I have seen true NFT systems and they all use flat bottom gullies. My question is, In your opinion do you think that my results will be as good running a true NFT but using the 6 inch pvc? or do I need to add a spray system?
