Hello.... Hope everyone's having an enjoyable Labor day. Can someone direct me to a thread, link or website focused on framing walls, building rooms and such. I need to learn how to frame a room in a basement, on a concrete floor, in the corner of the basemnt with one wall being concrete and the other wood stud.

If you dont mind doing a little bit of reading you could always go to a book store and get a book on basic carpentry or how to be a carpenter for dummies (no pun intended) its really quite simple to frame walls and fasten them to your floor (use tapcons to fasten walls to concrete floor and concrete walls all you need is a hammer drill ) Ive been a carpenter for 20 years and it really isnt that hard to learn the basics quick. You will need: hammer,tape, hammer drill, level, saw and thats about it .The good thing about a book is it usually has really good illustrations that you can go back to time and time again until you get it down.
