250w mh bulb

I'm looking to get a new 250w mh bulb for my veg but what am i looking for? I see so 18,000 lums, 19,000 an 21,000 lums are they all 5k? so is more lums better and should i look for more or less then 5k?
what would be a good price for a bulb?

Keep in mind that for the vegetative growth period blue light is what is most needed so look at a Kelvin temperature/color rating chart to compare how much blue spectrum each will give you.

my light is a high bay light that came out of a warehouse, the silvania bulb it has happens to be in the light spectrum that is good for veg. growth , it doesn't allays take the best or most expensive to get the job done
