to dry and cure your plant..... first, make sure it's ready to be harvested. check trichs with pocket microscope. look for mostly amber trichs. your pistils should be mostly amber as well, and dried up and tucked close to buds. there are different stages of trichs/pistils you can harvest at for different highs, this is just how i personally do it. 75% amber pistils, mostly amber trichs, she's ready to be cut. i start by cutting 1 branch at a time. cut one branch, bring it to your workstation area. there you can trim fan leaves and bud leaves. after that, it goes into your drying area. my drying space is a closet. hang branches upside down with string or clips, hangers, whatever you got. this drying room should be room temp and have a fan blowing in there on low. repeat cutting each branch until you finish the plant. give them at least a week-2weeks to dry in the closet. they're dry when you snap a branch off and it comes cleanly off and breaks like an old dead stick. also, i forgot to mention, drying area needs to be dark. when buds are dry, place them into mason jars to cure. this is about 2 weeks minimum. the longer the better. first few days, you need to open jars and move buds around to avoid mold and allow any moisture in jar out. this is just a rough guideline, but i hope it gave you a better idea....
