whats the diff between indica and sativa

hey guys just wondering what the diffreince beetweenm the two are , and also what kush strains are usually considered thank you

indica plants are short and broad leafed, whereas sativa plants are tall with narrow leaves.
indica buds and dense whereas sativa buds are more airy,
also the highs of the two differ, depends what you like, i prefer indica strains

indica are tall & skinny with broad leaves, sativas are wide & big with skinny leaves. & there are tons of hybrids between the 2

indica high is strong n sedating and usually recomended for medical use, like white rhino, where on the other hand sativas usually have a more social and energenic high, like a haze, which is why ppl usually grow them if they can, so it doesn't put u to sleep. lol.

i think kush's are probably a hybrid, but mainly indica dominant. not sure. i love my og kush though!!! mind numbing
