125w ecolight(veg) (in a week when my other ones are done im going to put another 125w of eco light (flower) and 6 20w normal cfl's)
soil
3 fem seeds
i think they are about 4 or 5 weeks old
my 3 fem lowryders started to sex the other day and luckily they are all girls the problem i have is that one of them has started budding under 24 hours of light like it should but the other 2 havent (i know shitty genetics) now do i switch it to 12/12 or keep it 24 if i switch it to 12/12 will the one that is budding now not produce as much or will i not notice much difference. if you want some pics id love to post them.

I'd just keep it at 12/12, I think with autos though your supposed to wait till the first signs of flowering and then switch to 12/12. But second rule of thumb, after the first (dont tell anyone), is to do anything in your power to not stress the plant. Switching light cycles is a major stresser.

Oh sorry misread your post, thought you had switched to 12/12 and were asking if you should switch back to 24, then to 12/12 again later. Um I don't know about autos really, I'd switch to 12/12 either today or tomorrow. Switching does stress them, but eventually you need to switch to 12/12 at least once.

NO! .. Autoflowering strains do best under 18/6 - 20/4 photoperiods..my first grow was a Autoflower i went with 18/6 the whole way this is what i got...

:weed:
they look sweet are they lowryder2's? so do you think i should switch them to 18/6 or 12/12 because one of them looks like it will bud on 24 hours of light the other two don't they have been showing signs of sex for about 1 and a half weeks do you think the yield will decrease if i do change it to 12/12

WOW LAX very nice what strain is that looks funky !! i'm growing 6 fem auto la diva (blueberry x diavolo)
Autoflowering plants will grow and bud under 24 hrs of light a day, most breeders recommend 20/4 but people seem to think 18/6 is better, having them on 12/12 will get you nowhere near as much.

it was a Lowrder dwarf mix seed pack.. so it was a mix of dwarf's Lowryder#1 & 2.. that plant got up to 22 inches.. well All Auto flower strains do best under 18/6 Or 20/4... Don't do 12/12 ...

i got 10 auto flowering blueberry (DJ Short genetics), all 10 germed, but 6! of them were male. Of the remaining four, two started budding very quickly and the other 2 started budding about 2 weeks later, and one of them was kind of a runt. I started them under four 26w cfl's, hardened them off, and their in the ground right now. I'll post pics when they're done, but i wouldn't recommend giving the af plants less than 18 hours of light a day EVER. I've had the best luck with growing them outside in organic potting mix and all organic nutes. I use Earth Juice and it works well for me, but there's a lot of great organic nutes out there. In my opinion medicinal mj has to be organic to be classified as medicine.
