first your impression about good games is completely subjective and way to not know what you're talking about and post anyway. ps3 doesn't need anything to type like he did, it too is all inclusive with a blu-ray player too. not to mention if i buy a dl game i can give it to 4 other people too for free.haha, depends on how you look at it!
firstly, how much have you spent on console games? probably a HELL of a lot of money. how much do i spend on pc games, nothing, unless it's really worth it, in which case i'll buy it.
money isn't an issue for me, so i'll happily take the better graphics and everything. and when i say better graphics, i mean 360 is just unclean! i can't bare to play looking at the s***y drab textures and complete and total abundance of the zigzags. i'll happily pay not to play that!
oh, and £300 will get you a machine that will DESTROYthe PS3, you just gotta know where to shop and what to get.
it's all totally subjective though, of course, and i apreciate the simpleness of a console and being able to split screen, but i'm predominantly a first person shooter guy, so consoles, well they can cock offwe all know what they're like for that
and yes, there are still lots of pc gamers
oh, and you still needed a computer to type out this lot i'll bet, which adds onto the cost of the console a further say £200+, mines all inclusive, so it really does depend on how you want to look at it.

i know my view on games, and ps3 games is subjective, that's why i stated it, and also that it is each to their own and just backing up my reason for being more of a pc gamer. and i'm not talking about failure rates and whatnot either, i'm just saying that for all the hype and talk around i'd rather play pc games. and who needs blu ray when VLC can handle any format on the interflibble
anyways, this wasn't meant to be a big which do you prefer discussion thread so i'll move on
recently installed a copy of Call of Juarez Bound in Blood, i'm really loving it so far, and really enjoyed the first one. it's extremely pretty at times, and i just love a good 6-shooter lever action rifle game.

no as an avid pc gamer
only thing you would have to pay for on a server is for MMORPGs which, im not really into besides diablo 2 and thats free anyways and not really a mmorpg
or OWNING a server for a game
and even that is only like 9 bucks a month and you get to be the boss of every player in the server and do cool things like walk thru walls and shit and be an asshole and get away with it XD

I rented and beat that game for the 360, played it with a buddy for awhile its really really good! k, i guess he may have tried to get a server and act like that. anyways, the only things i really play are cod4 and rock band but if anyone wants to play either add me. i have over 300 downloads for rb.
